Newness

Well...this is my first blog and I'm not quite sure what to write. Today was somewhat of a good day. The family was in town for a New Year's/Christmas celebration so I got a bunch of money and stuff.

I went shopping with Nat all over Manhattan. We started out in Brooklyn to go to Bath & Body Works but it was oppressively crowded in there so we just took the train to 34th street to start shopping. First stop; Macy's Herald Square. We didn't really find anything in there so we went to the Forever21 across the street. I got some basic long sleeved tees and so did she.

Then we went to American Eagle Outfitters next door. Again, we didn't really find anything. I did try on this one pair of pants but that didn't work out too well. So then we wandered up 5th Avenue in search of Abercrombie & Fitch. We ended up walking from 34th street to 55th street. We eventually found it but all that went down the drain when we saw the line that was out the store and around the corner. I was severely disappointed.


So we just decided to find some food (Subway) and hop on the F train at 57th street and took it down to West 4th street. I took her to the Pinkberry on Bleeker street. She likes Pinkberry =). I was kind of hoping that Asia would be there so we could get some free Pinkberry, but she wasn't. Oh well. So then we got back on the train and headed back into Brooklyn and eventually home.

I was kind of worried about myself today though. I'd been up since about 8am, which isn't too bad, but I was feeling a bit lightheaded throughout the day. I'm not sure what that was about but when I got home, I ate my Subway and passed out in bed. And now here I am.

Plans for next week: Babysitting on Monday
Most likely visiting Mina on Tuesday
Cleaning and taking down the tree on Wednesday
More cleaning, maybe hitting the Transit Museum with Dan on Thursday
Shopping with Mina on Friday then to work
Work Saturday afternoon
Work Sunday morning
