I've realized

how much time I don't have left before college. I was thinking about it a while ago and it still hasn't fully hit me. I'm going to be a senior. In 6 months. That's not a lot of time. I have 2 months left as a junior. 2 months left to either make me or break me. This should be fun.

So as I sit here...

I realize that I have no life.

So yeah, I'm in this program that I go to on Saturdays and I'm participating in two parts; photography and creative writing. So I don't really want to put my creative writing up here for all the world to see, but I will display my photography. Because everyone likes pictures better anyway. =p

It's either focusing on green, as a color focus shot, or focusing on the coin, as a pseudo-macro shot. lawl.
I kind of have an obsession with Converses.
I bought this knife in China last year.I find it interesting how these berries still manage to grow on an otherwise dead bush.

So I know that my pictures are nothing mind-blowing or super-intense, but I'm trying to advance my understanding of this new camera [Panasonic Lumix DCM-LX2 w/ a Leica Lense] as well as photography in general. I'm more used to using my huge-ass Canon, Mark II-like models, but the one that I'm using now is way more convenient, not to mention much lighter. So it's just a matter of figuring out how to get the most out of it in order to produce awesome pictures. Eventually I want to get a Canon Digital Rebel XTi, but patience is a virtue...[comment my pics, yo!]

STUPIDEST WEEK EVER!

Everyone is Doing It

[updating I mean]. So...what the hell has been going on lately?
Well, I went to a Linkin Park concert (Feb. 21st, MSG) and it was fkkn awesome!! It was the first concert of theirs that I'd ever been to and I am not disappointed. So yeah, I'm glad that I got the chance to go with my friends, which made it even better.

My grades have continued to go up, which is wonderful. Um...yeah, oh! I went to see the musical at school on Saturday. This year it was Urinetown. It was pretty damn good. So today I stayed home from school [for personal reasons]. And now I'm in the process of baking the second of two cakes for tomorrow's bake sale. The winter track team is having a bake sale tomorrow in order to raise money to offset the cost of sweatshirts for the team. I'll be bringing a Funfetti [confetti in the cake itself] bundt cake and a Devil's Food sheet cake. I hope we raise enough...yeah. Nothing more to put here. My brain doesn't want to think clearly any more. =/
