Dieting
is fun. Really. It is. So week one of the Cahill diet has passed, although I can't say that I've followed it as well as I should have. But that's ok. On friday I went to Joe's restaurant for his birthday dinner thing so of course I couldn't maintain my strict food limitations there. Saturday...Grapes, yogurt and ritz crackers at around 2pm. 2 bowls of honey nut cheerios at a little past midnight. I think that's pretty good. Today, yogurt, package of buddig turkey and 2 donuts. Yes, I know I shouldn't have had those donuts but it's been so long...and they're just sitting there. But anyway. I'm definitely having whatever mommy cooked tonight which means that I'll restart the diet tomorrow. Actually, I like this system. I think I'll make it go a little something like this. Monday to friday is hardcore salad, granola, water, yogurt and fruit. Saturday is the same but maybe with a bowl of cereal but I'll try not to have it. Sunday is sunday dinner. Yeah, I think that's doable. Ok so wish me luck in all my dieting adventures!
